This is perfect for buying stuff on eBay, because it then gets the money to your seller fast, so you receieve your item even faster. If you have a savings account, it's not instant, so you must first tell Paypal to transfer money from your savings account to your Paypal account, then you can use money from your Paypal account balance to pay for stuff. You can receive money instantly with any of the three options. If you sell something and you have the option for the buyer to pay with Paypal, they can pay for it right away so you have your money within minutes of your auctions end. If you have a credit card or checking account, the money will go right into it and you have the money. If you have a savings account, the money the buyer sent you will go into your Paypal account balance, which then free of charge, you can transfer to your savings account which may take 2-3 days.
